About your role: SEO and Marketing Manager Spain (ES)
We are looking for a hungry and determined SEO and performance marketing specialist who knows how to position our site and our platform most effectively to our target customers: individuals seeking to install solar panels on their roof. You will work in one of the fastest growing industries in the world, in a unique company with ambitious growth goals in Spain in the renewables industry.
Your most important task will be to help us improve our position in organic searches as we launch and grow in Spain, developing content, building links and optimizing our site for search engines. In addition, as part of the marketing team you will help manage our investment in paid advertising, both in social media and SEM. You will work as the Spanish point person in an international team of specialists, who have established Otovo successfully in Norway and Sweden. In addition you will participate and develop a range of marketing actions in Spain to help us grow here.
What we look for
1-2 years of SEO experience performing comprehensive keyword research, creating content and building links;
Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations, own organic search for otovo.es;
Review, analyze and adjust marketing performance campaigns in Facebook, Adwords, etc;
Business development skills to set up collaborations and agreements with other companies in Spain;
Native fluency in Spanish and excellent knowledge of English to coordinate with other Otovo teams internationally;
Analytical and problem solving skills to help us improve fast and with agility;
Enjoy working in teams: expect to give and learn from your colleagues;
Knowledge of solar/energy is a plus but not a requirement. You will get good training.
